About Us We are an AI product lab, building at the intersection of AI, personalization, and the browser. Over the last 2 years, we've shipped multiple products, including: - Stacks - an intelligent workspace to calm internet noise - Converse - a calls-first CRM for Indian SMBs - Rize - a creator playground for starting small and staying consistent Our philosophy: Build fast, validate real problems, and turn bold ideas into products people actually use. We've proven we can build and attract early users. Now, we're looking for a cofounder-level leader who can own Sales & Marketing and help us scale to the next level. What You'll Do - Craft and execute GTM strategies for multiple products (0 → 1 → scale) - Lead growth experiments across channels: content, communities, partnerships, outbound, paid, etc. - Build and manage funnels: acquisition → activation → retention - Work closely with the founder & product team to align growth with product direction - Drive sales conversations directly with early customers, and later build the sales playbook + team What We're Looking For - 3+ years of experience in Sales, Growth, or Marketing (startup or SaaS experience preferred) - Strong understanding of B2B SaaS and/or consumer internet markets - Ability to experiment quickly and iterate based on data - Comfortable with ambiguity, early-stage chaos, and wearing multiple hats - Entrepreneurial mindset — you're excited about owning a piece of the vision and future Why Join Us - Work at the cutting edge of AI + personalization - Direct impact: you'll shape not just one product, but a portfolio of products - Equity + upside of joining at a cofounder level - Remote-friendly, but with opportunities to collaborate in-person in India If you're excited to build, sell, and grow from the ground up - let's talk.
