Stack-up Analyst _ Bangalore Experience - 3 Years to 8 Years Work Location - Bangalore Notice period - Immediate to 30 days Job Description : Required skills: Preferred 4 years -7 years of experience with Stack-up Analysis 1. Expertise on GD&T standards 2. Knowledge of Functional Tolerance Parts & Assembly Level. 3. Experience in VBA excel Tolerance stack-up analysis. 4. Planning and executing mechanical designs using Siemens NX CAD and Teamcenter. 5. Experience with Siemens NX CAD modeling package. 6. Creating 3D-CAD Design of products, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies including detailed drafting, dimensioning and tolerancing. Product design based on DFM and DFA principals 7. Strong Knowledge in Sheet metal Stamping Components design, tooling & manufacturing. 8. Good knowledge of CAD Methodology and best practices and tooling knowledge 9. Mechanical knowledge of EPS and CIS would be added advantage. Role: 1. To be able to create and validate engineering drawings and identify critical gaps by using stack up analysis. 2. Create tolerance stack studies based on dimensional tolerance specifications. 3. Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) 4. Work effectively with a cross-functional team of individuals on complex problems. 5. Work effectively with Supplier Quality/Manufacturing to ensure designs are efficient for manufacturing and able to meet quality requirements. 6. Planning and executing mechanical designs using Siemens NX CAD and Teamcenter. 7. Creating 3D-CAD Design of products, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies including detailed drafting, dimensioning and tolerancing.
