NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Salesforce FSC developer to be a part of the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Senior Salesforce FSC developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customized solutions in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Additionally, you will design and implement SSO authentication flows for Salesforce mobile applications using industry standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. You will be expected to build and support integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools like Mulesoft and Boomi. Collaboration with enterprise security teams and mobile developers to ensure seamless and secure access across platforms is a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will contribute to technical design documents, integration mappings, and deployment plans. Troubleshooting complex issues across web and mobile environments, driving root cause analysis and resolution, following coding best practices, performing code reviews, and ensuring documentation for all deliverables are essential responsibilities. This role also involves participation in Agile ceremonies and close collaboration with product owners, architects, and QA teams. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). A strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, FSC-specific objects, and hands-on experience with SSO implementation for mobile Salesforce apps are required. Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and system integration techniques is essential. Additionally, having Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory, with FSC or Identity & Access Management certification preferred. Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail are also crucial for this role. Prior experience in financial services, banking, or insurance domains, familiarity with mobile security best practices, and device-level authentication would be considered advantageous.
