SSIS Developer

The purpose of the role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at a client end, ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance parameters. You will be instrumental in understanding product/software requirements, developing software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. You will investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle, facilitate root cause analysis, and identify ideas to improve system performance. Additionally, you will analyze client requirements, collaborate with functional teams, and confer with project managers to obtain information on software capabilities. Your responsibilities will also include performing coding, ensuring optimal software/module development, determining operational feasibility, developing and automating processes for software validation, modifying software to fix errors, and preparing reports on programming project specifications. You will compile accurate documentation, provide feedback on usability and serviceability, and coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress. You will be expected to capture client requirements, take feedback regularly, participate in education and training to remain current on best practices, and consult with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces. Documenting and demonstrating solutions, providing good quality interaction with customers, and ensuring timely responses to customer requests are also key aspects of the role. Your performance will be measured based on Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software, Quality & CSAT, and MIS & Reporting.
