Role Overview: You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing product failures, accurately identifying, recording, and categorizing all product failures. You will also conduct timely root cause analyses for identified product failures. In addition, your role will involve being involved in new product development, executing through Product Lifecycle Management to provide real-time updates to all stakeholders. Regular reviews will be conducted to compare planned activities with actual outcomes, focusing on service strategy, DFS, and service manual. Moreover, you will provide training to enhance the competency of engineers and channel partners.
