In order to lead this expansion drive, the company is looking for dynamic Area Sales Managers for various geographies. Position: ASM (Area Sales Manager) Desired Qualification: Graduate in any discipline. Desired Experience: 10+ years’ experience in FMCG sales with at least 2-3 years heading a state or half a state. The candidate should have a very strong track record of having delivered sales numbers and should have good geographic knowledge and connect with distributors. Ability to motivate and lead a team of frontline salesmen is of critical importance. Market and system orientation will be critical for this position.
