Sr.Study Counselor

• Academic advising: Provide advice on course selection, majors, programs, and academic resources
• Career guidance: Help students with career prospects, including applying to postsecondary programs, applying for fellowships or internships, and alumni networking
• Academic success counseling: Help students with study skills, time management, goal setting, test-taking strategies, and test anxiety management
• Transitioning to college: Help students transition from high school to college, including advising on the application process, financial aid options, and navigating the culture
• Mental health and well-being: Help students develop coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other challenges
• Assessments: Administer assessments to gauge students' capabilities, personality traits, and interests
• Communication: Communicate with students, staff, parents, and community members
• Database maintenance: Maintain the advising database and departmental website
• Policy compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
