Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Laboratory Technician located in Srinagar. The Sr. Lab Technician will be responsible for managing laboratory equipment, conducting quality control procedures, performing various laboratory tasks, and ensuring precision in analytical activities. Day-to-day tasks include calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment, analyzing samples, recording and interpreting data, and adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Analytical Skills
• Competency in laboratory techniques and protocols
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
