Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales targets for luxury watch brands. Provide personalized client experiences, demonstrating expertise in horology, brand history, and product features. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, collectors, and VIP customers. Handle after-sales service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Product & Brand Expertise Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all watch models, movements, materials, and pricing. Educate clients on brand values, craftsmanship, and heritage. Support product launches and promotional events within the boutique. Store Operations Ensure proper product presentation, stock management, and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines. Assist with inventory checks, replenishment, and product transfers. Adhere to all operational procedures, cash handling, and security protocols. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can support administrative tasks, maintain office systems, and assist team members in ensuring effective program delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office activities, including filing, documentation, and record keeping. Assist in the preparation of official documents, letters, meeting minutes, and reports. Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and replenishment. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Support staff in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and organizing events. Assist with data entry, basic accounts support, and maintaining databases.
