About the team

The R2R/Intercompany team within the Finance Global Shared Service Centre is dedicated to managing and processing vendor invoices and payments efficiently. This team reports directly to the Assistant Manager, ensuring compliance with financial policies and maintaining strong vendor relationships.

What you can look forward to as Senior Executive-R2R/Intercompany/GL:

• Validation of results of OCR (Optical Character Recognition)
• Formal verification and booking of purchase invoices for goods and services in line with predefined ZF procedures, Accounts Payable ZF Manual, given country tax requirements and other relevant ZF policies
• Verification and clarification of price, quantity, etc. differences with various departments
• Supporting accounting processes in the area of Accounts Receivable
• Adherence to Internal control systems compliances and ZF procedures and policies

Your Profile as Senior Executive-R2R/Intercompany/GL:

• Degree from a recognized University
• Proficiency in English at a level that allows for fluent communication
• Semi-qualified professionals would be an added advantage, Should have relevant domain experience of working in SAP environment
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package, including MS Excel
• Expected to have a minimum of 3 to 5 years, experience in AP or alternatively GL & FA domain
