Sr.Executive / Assistant Manager - Payroll Management

As a HR Operations Specialist at Enzene Biosciences, located at Chakan (Pune Plant Campus), Maharashtra, India, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and validating the personnel master database. Your responsibilities will include: - Uploading new-joiner data in Ascent and DarwinBox - Safeguarding statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS, Form 16, etc., and maintaining documentation for internal / external / statutory audits - Conducting periodic reconciliation checks to eliminate variances and data anomalies - Collaborating with HR & Finance teams on process automation and continuous improvement projects To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - MBA / MPM with bachelors in Accounting / Commerce - Exposure to US SOX or other global compliance frameworks - Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups, and financial formulas - Knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools - Proven expertise in Ascent & DarwinBox or similar HRMS platforms - High integrity, eye for detail, strong numerical and analytical skills - Lean / Six-Sigma exposure for process improvement Enzene Biosciences is a fast-growing biotech leader in the Biotechnology / Pharmaceuticals / Manufacturing industry.
