Role & responsibilities What you will do: Plan & procure construction project materials (construction/finished materials, electrical, plumbing, sanitary fixtures, interiors) as well as office purchase requirements. Raise requisitions and purchase orders; follow through with order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices. Resolve vendor queries/claims and coordinate with project managers on daily basis to track deliveries, ensure quality, escalate issues when materials dont meet specs. Coordinate with Accounts / Cashier to handle payables (supplier invoices, utilities, vendor payments). Evaluate suppliers, prepare comparative statements, negotiate best terms and build long-term vendor relationships. Inspect received materials for quantity/quality; maintain purchase records, storage usage and assist in audit/compliance of procurement process. What we expect from you: At least 3 years of experience in a construction company or real-estate development firm, in a procurement/purchase role (Purchase Assistant, Procurement Assistant, Stores Assistant, etc.). Strong familiarity with construction materials (electrical, plumbing, sanitary, interior/finishes) and tools. Bachelors degree (B.Com, BBA, BA) from a full-time English-medium course (no parttime / distance). Good command over English & Tamil . Strong working knowledge of Excel is essential; familiarity with Zoho/Tally is a plus. You must own or be comfortable riding a two-wheeler, and able to travel locally as required. Project Engineer - Civil Execution (Residential Buildings) chennai 5 - 6 years INR 3.75 - 5.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role Overview Lead on-site execution for premium residential projects in Chennai. You will be responsible for RCC works, finishing activities, contractor coordination, and daily project monitoring across multiple Subhiksha apartment sites. Key Responsibilities Supervise end-to-end site execution including RCC, block work, plastering, flooring, waterproofing & finishing. Manage daily work allocation to contractors, supervisors & labour teams ensuring quality and timeline targets. Coordinate with architects, structural consultants & MEP engineers for design clarifications. Verify levels, dimensions, and reinforcement as per drawings and check BBS. Monitor material consumption and issue indents to purchase team for timely delivery. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, labour deployment registers and photographic updates. Certify sub-contractor bills with measurements and support quantity/billing team. Ensure strict adherence to IS codes, QA/QC procedures and safety protocols. Coordinate multiple sites within the same locality and support Resident Engineers under you.
