Your primary responsibilities in this role will include leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, PECI, and Cloud Connect for Benefits. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of Workday integrations, troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, and maintain data accuracy and system functionality. Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, providing technical guidance, developing documentation, and ensuring compliance with security standards. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or have an equivalent combination of training and work experience. You should have 6 to 8 years of experience, with a focus on Workday integration development for 3 to 5 years. Collaboration with business and technology teams, strong experience in designing and supporting complex Workday integrations, and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues are essential. Workday PRO Certification for Integrations is preferred, and experience with Workday HCM and other HR technologies is a plus. You should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of security protocols and compliance requirements for Workday integrations. Valued skills for this role include experience in developing Workday integrations, building integrations using Workday Web services and APIs, and working with XML, XSLT, Workday Custom Reports, and Workday Custom Objects.
