Roles & Responsibilities

• Skills must have -Cisco CUCM, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Voice Gateway, CUBE
• Willing to working in Night Shifts and work from office. Resolve user helpdesk tickets within SLA.
• Proactively manage and maintain the voice network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and configurations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to voice systems and network infrastructure.
• Monitor network utilization, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA).
• Work with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to provide high-quality voice communication solutions.
