Sr. Video Editor

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our creative team at Simplified Academy. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, excellent editing skills, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for educational, promotional, and social media platforms.
• Manage the entire post-production process — including trimming, color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with content creators, educators, and the marketing team to ensure consistent brand quality.
• Supervise and guide junior editors to maintain workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Stay updated with new trends, tools, and techniques in video production.
• Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of at leat 2 years as a Video Editor, preferably in an educational or creative agency setting.
• Handled atleast 3 Person as a team leader
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle creative feedback positively and implement changes effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
