As a Senior UX Strategist at our company, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional digital experiences by seamlessly integrating user insights, business objectives, and creative innovation. Your primary responsibility will be to take charge of the user journey and establish the underlying rationale behind the design process. By aligning strategy, structure, and storytelling, you will be instrumental in crafting meaningful and intuitive user experiences across various platforms. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams comprising Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Stakeholders. Together, you will design strategies that are not only user-centric but also aligned with business objectives. Your core responsibilities will include strategic UX planning, where you will define and communicate UX strategies in harmony with product and business goals. You will advocate for a user-first approach throughout the design and development phases. Moreover, you will lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. By interpreting data effectively, you will drive strategic decision-making processes. Experience mapping will be another critical aspect of your role, involving the development of journey maps, user flows, empathy maps, and service blueprints to outline user interactions and touchpoints across various products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for defining and structuring content, features, and navigation systems to ensure clear, intuitive, and accessible user experiences. Collaboration with UI/UX designers will be essential in translating strategy into tangible deliverables such as wireframes, low-to-high fidelity prototypes, and interaction models. Your role will also involve working closely with internal teams and clients to align UX strategy with business objectives and technological feasibility. Conducting usability evaluations of existing products and providing actionable improvement plans will be part of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will guide junior UX designers and contribute to the growth and evolution of UX practices within the team. To be successful in this role, you should possess 4+ years of experience in UX strategy, research, or experience design roles. A strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy work across web and mobile platforms is essential. Expertise in user research techniques, UX tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Adobe XD, Miro, Maze), and usability testing is required. A solid understanding of human-centered design principles and accessibility standards is crucial. Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are a must-have. The ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints is vital. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with experience working with Agile or Scrum teams. Familiarity with front-end development or tech feasibility discussions will be advantageous.
