Sr. UX Manager

As a Manager - UX at Head Digital Works, you will be responsible for creating a fast, seamless, and unified experience for our users. You will play a key role in owning the overall app experience from the design front and collaborating with senior product, business, and marketing stakeholders to bring the company's vision to life. Additionally, you will mentor product designers within the team to ensure the highest levels of UX design craft are delivered. Your main responsibilities will include defining and implementing Product Design and Design Thinking across a diverse team of user experience, accessibility, and design specialists. You will work on establishing workflows for integrating strategy, design, accessibility, and user experience, as well as creating and maintaining enterprise UX governance models. Your expertise will be crucial in refining and implementing robust style guides and pattern libraries that align with the product design team's strategy. To excel in this role, you are expected to have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in UX design, human-computer interaction, or visual design, along with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in Product Design, Interface Design, and UX Design. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating user-centric digital experiences, UX research, and prototyping is required. You should possess exceptional leadership skills and be adept at working in a digitally-oriented multi-disciplined team. In order to thrive in this position, you must exhibit a high degree of creativity, resourcefulness, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively. Strong critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities are essential. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, or similar software is a must. You should also be capable of distilling complex problems into clear and innovative solutions.
