Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design user-centered solutions for complex business problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and facilitate usability testing.
Work with product managers to define product requirements and develop design strategies that meet business goals.
Ensure consistency across multiple platforms by creating design systems, guidelines, and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design opportunities and implement design improvements.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.

Job Requirements :

2-4 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
Proficiency in Figma or similar tools such as Sketching.
Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
Experience working on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Possess a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective UX design work.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
