As a Senior UI Designer with over 5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in leading and delivering high-quality design solutions with complete ownership. You will be responsible for owning the entire UI process from concept to delivery, guiding design direction for web and mobile products, and collaborating closely with developers, project managers, and clients. Your role will also involve building and maintaining scalable design systems, mentoring junior designers, and making confident design decisions to drive projects forward. Key Responsibilities: - Own the entire UI process from concept to delivery. - Lead design direction for web and mobile products. - Work on both B2C and B2B projects with clarity and depth. - Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients. - Build and maintain scalable design systems. - Guide and mentor junior designers to ensure quality output. - Make confident design decisions and move projects forward. Qualifications Required: - At least 5 years of proven experience in UI design for web and mobile. - Strong understanding of design principles. - Sharp visual design sense and attention to detail. - Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping. - Confidence to lead client meetings and explain design rationale. - Ability to work smoothly with developers and handle handoff challenges. - A mindset focused on ownership, not just execution.
