Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tour Consultant/Assistant Manager Tours located in Trivandrum. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as organizing guided tours, providing excellent communication and customer service, offering travel consulting services, and promoting travel & tourism options for different types of travelers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours and Travel Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proficiency in languages spoken by travelers to the destinations offered
• Previous experience in a similar role is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
