Sr. Test Engineer - Validation Testing

Role Overview: As a Validation Testing Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for providing validation and testing support. Your key responsibilities will include creating test plans, test cases, and test reports for development activities based on customer requirements. You will be engaged in quality-oriented validation testing and reporting activities across various projects and programs. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product development lifecycles, design change and document change control, process verification, and validation methodologies, manufacturing/production process control methodologies, and servicing. - Collaborate closely with hardware and firmware engineers to develop test strategies. - Conduct Design Verification and Validation test activities. - Utilize electronic test equipment effectively. - Perform Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for hardware and software modules in consultation with design engineers and principal architects. - Report defects identified during testing on the test management system and monitor defect status regularly. - Analyze and troubleshoot root cause problems with the product. - Communicate project information effectively to cross-functional teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
