Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for MDM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and business rules.
Conduct thorough testing of MDM systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data management processes.
Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Validate data integration and data migration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Strong understanding of MDM concepts, including data matching, data cleansing, merging, and survivorship, is crucial.
Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for comparing and testing data.
Develop test scripts for data testing in MDM solutions for entity creation with services.
Design test cases and test plans to test survivorship rules to determine which attributes should be retained in the golden record.

What you ll need:

Overall 4+ years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in SDLC / Agile based delivery. Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

Must have:

Proven experience in quality assurance, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM) environments.
Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance, and data quality standards.
Experience with MDM tools and platforms such as Ataccama, Informatica, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong command on any programmatic language like Python/Java.
