Sr. Test Engineer - API

As a QA Automation Engineer at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for various tasks related to API Automation, UI Automation, Performance Testing, Regression, and maintaining Integration & Functional Test Coverage. Your key responsibilities include: - Having overall 5+ years of experience in API Automation, UI Automation, Performance testing, and Regression. - Utilizing UI automation tools like Puppeteer, Cypress, or Protractor with Golang for UI testing. - Experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, or Cypress for UI testing. - Conducting API testing using Cucumber with Java, SoapUI, or Postman. - Expertise in integration testing involving REST calls, APIs calls, microservices. - Proficiency in Golang for writing automation tests. - Building reference applications and reviewing/editing API documentation. - Understanding Ops deployment scenarios to develop appropriate test cases. - Hands-on experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools. - Preferable knowledge of working in a Cloud environment, especially with Microsoft Azure. - Hands-on experience with Google Dev Tools. - Working in Agile teams and understanding the project lifecycle with Automation architecture. Qualifications and Experience required for this role: - Degree and qualification level: BE/BTech/Mtech/MCA. - Specific experience: 5+ years as an automation QA. - Knowledge of specific systems: Angular Application and Rest API, DevOps. - Desirable experience/skills/languages: Golang, NodeJs, TypeScript, JavaScript, Cypress, Cucumber, Postman, Puppeteer/Cypress/Protractor, JMeter, Cloud technologies, Google Dev Tools.
