Job Description

The Customer Experience Architect (CEA) delivers Services for UKG Premium Services and Support, focusing on overall Cybersecurity, AI, Data, and Integration End to End. As the CEA, you are accountable for executing the UKG Premium Services and Support portfolio, utilizing best practices across all systems, landscape environments, and platforms. Your role involves developing a deep understanding of customers" strategic business goals, processes, industry norms, and technology trends, including AI, Integration, and newest UKG features. Key Responsibilities: - Engage in business and IT planning & strategy sessions with customers in collaboration with UKG's EPIC and CX Delivery teams. - Architect and define customer engagement models based on a profound understanding of the customer's situation, including core business processes, system landscape, organizational structure, and company goals. - Deliver services to UKG customers, incorporating products, solutions, integrations, and innovations. - Design and implement comprehensive customer integration architectures to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. - Develop and maintain customer architecture documentation, including system diagrams, integration workflows, and technical specifications. - Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing technical support and guidance to development teams. - Support the development of master plans for business and IT landscape and transformations. - Define and validate release strategies, operational strategies, and integration models for customers. - Ensure consistent UKG Premium Support and Services strategy and delivery engagements aligned with customer industry standards. - Provide functional and technical advisory for UKG Customer Engagements within the industry. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Informatics, information technology, engineering, computer science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in Solution and Software Support for Cloud solutions and Operations. - 5+ years of experience in Support Solutions with excellent knowledge of Cybersecurity and Service Architecture integration. - Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Dell Boomi, or equivalent. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proven track record of delivering results with a customer-centric focus on quality and efficiency. - Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions. - Willingness to work out of the US for 6 months during the initial training period. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering premium services and support to UKG customers, ensuring seamless integration, efficient operations, and exceptional customer experience.,
