Job title: Technical Support Executive (min 3 - max 6 yrs exp required)
Job Location: Zirakpur
Pay: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
About Role: Perform troubleshoot via inbound calls related to printers, router, windows, extender, macOS for our USA & Canadian customers through remote access tools like ultraviewer, teamviewer, anydesk etc.
Requirements:
* 3 - 5 yrs technical Support sales/ technician experience*Must have experience handling international calls to resolve technical issues.*Hands on remote access tools e.g.. any desk, TeamViewer, Ultra viewer
Night Shift 9pm-6am
