Job Description As an experienced candidate at Adeeba e-Services, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from international customers. Your primary duty will be to provide technical support by diagnosing the issue, suggesting annual service plans and software, and closing sales to achieve the set targets. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of outbound tech process experience and possess the skills required to effectively close calls. In addition to a fixed salary credited to your account on the 1st of every month, you will have the opportunity to earn substantial incentives based on your performance. 100% attendance incentives, a loyalty bonus of Rs. 5000 annually, and other lucrative incentives are also part of the benefits package. Adeeba e-Services offers paid leaves, including 24 paid leaves, a birthday leave, and comp offs, with rotational offs for your convenience.
