As a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer at Systech, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions to drive strategic business decisions. Your primary skills will include Tableau, with secondary skills in SQL / PL SQL. **Role Overview:** You will play a key role in creating and managing the technological infrastructure of a data platform, architecting and managing data flows, constructing data storages, and visualizing data in Tableau reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather and understand reporting requirements. - Ensure timely completion of Tableau data source refreshes and address any issues, optimizing connections for efficiency. - Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations, enhancing existing ones to meet evolving business needs. - Consolidate redundant dashboards to improve usability and scalability. - Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability across large datasets. - Validate dashboard data accuracy and integrity. - Respond to user support requests and log issues in JIRA as needed. - Implement best practices in data visualization and Tableau development. - Document solutions, processes, and standards. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development. - Strong proficiency in SQL. - Familiarity with ETL processes and data preparation tools. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
