Sr System/Implementation Engineer

As a Sr. System/Implementation Engineer at NStarX, you will be responsible for providing technical support, managing system configurations, and troubleshooting issues in Linux/Unix environments and healthcare IT interfaces. Your expertise in Linux, Dockers, and MySQL will be crucial for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical support and troubleshoot system requirements and operational issues in Linux/Unix environments. - Utilize Docker containers and command-line tools for system management. - Work with MySQL & MongoDB, including writing and executing SQL queries. - Develop, test, and troubleshoot automation scripts using XSL/XSLT. - Manage code versions and repositories using SVN. - Configure and troubleshoot secure communication protocols like SSL, SSH, and SCP. - Interact with clients" IT staff to address inquiries, coordinate system requirements, and facilitate firewall configurations. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of on-premises solutions. - Perform independent analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical problems. - Gain familiarity with hardware components such as VMs, touchscreens, and thin clients. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix command-line operations, utilities, and various distributions (RedHat, CentOS, Rocky Linux). - Experience with Docker containers. - Proficient in MySQL & MongoDB, including SQL query execution. - Experience with XSL/XSLT for automation coding. - Familiarity with HL7 interface/message standards. - Experience with SVN for code management. - Understanding and practical use of SSL, SSH, and SCP. - Knowledge of firewall concepts and configurations. - Familiarity with VMs, touchscreens, and thin clients. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer-facing experience. - Strong problem-solving skills for independent analysis and troubleshooting.,
