Job Description

As a Senior System Administrator for ServiceNow at Nokia, you will play a crucial role in the IT Service Management team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the stability and enhance the performance of the ServiceNow platform used extensively across the organization. Collaborating with various teams, you will address support incidents, enhance system capabilities, and introduce new features to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform by proactively monitoring and maintaining it. - Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve support incidents and service requests related to ServiceNow. - Customize and configure the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows tailored to user requirements. - Manage integrations with third-party tools to enhance ServiceNow capabilities. - Oversee change requests, ensuring proper testing and deployment in the ServiceNow environment. - Analyze user stories and internal processes to optimize system performance and automate workflows. - Lead the deployment of new features and applications, providing guidance on best practices to team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align ServiceNow services with business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or a related field from a recognized university. - 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages (Glide Script, AngularJS). - Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, and core modules. - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. - Experience with ServiceNow integration tools like REST, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub. - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. - ITIL Foundation Certification is preferred.,
