Sr Staff/Manager (SW Backend Systems)

Role Overview: Enphase Energy, a global energy technology company specializing in solar, battery, and electric vehicle charging products, is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer/Manager to join their Solar O&M Engineering Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based software services that serve millions of users and process terabytes of data. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of engineers in delivering impactful software solutions, driving best practices adoption, fostering collaboration, and ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements. Your contributions will play a key role in Enphase's success in the Solar Energy domain.
