Sr. SQL Developer

As a Sr. SQL Developer in our Software Development department, your role will involve designing and implementing SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of databases, including backups and restores. Additionally, you will manage deployments, follow best practices, and collaborate with the security team to uphold database security. Your duties will also include managing database migrations, troubleshooting and resolving database issues, and working with vendor support when necessary. Developing and maintaining documentation related to databases, creating Change Management Requests, and supporting reporting team members with database queries and data requirements will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide Power BI support and collaborate with the development team for AI integrations. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB databases - Ensure proper maintenance of databases including backups and restores - Manage deployments and follow best practices - Collaborate with the security team to ensure database security - Manage database migrations between servers and versions - Troubleshoot and resolve database issues - Develop and maintain documentation related to databases - Create Change Management Requests and support reporting team members with database queries - Provide Power BI support and work with the development team for AI integrations Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a DBA focusing on SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB - Excellent knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance for SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB - Experience with database migrations and deployments - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills - Experience working with vendor support is a plus - Familiarity with Change Management processes - Experience supporting reporting team members with database queries and data requirements - Experience providing Power BI support - Familiarity with AI integrations Please note that the job location for this role is in Ahemdabad / Vadodara (WFO) and the timings are from 2PM to 11PM.,
