Sr Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Zscaler technologies, your main responsibility will be to design, implement, and support enterprise-level zero-trust access solutions using Zscaler's security platform. You will play a crucial role in ensuring secure and scalable IT network access for both on-premises and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and support zero-trust access solutions using Zscaler technologies such as ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, V-ZENS, and P-ZENS. - Deploy and maintain Zscaler solutions to meet organizational security requirements. - Create and manage ZIA proxy policies for URL filtering and malware/file control. - Act as a subject matter expert in resolving network and security access issues, leading outage resolution efforts. - Engage with Zscaler to resolve complex issues, understand product roadmap, and adopt new features. - Maintain solution documentation, architectural diagrams, and patterns for Zscaler implementations. - Provide technical leadership, guide project teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Core Skills Required: Must Have: - Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) - Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) - Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) - Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) - V-ZENS & P-ZENS - Zero-Trust Network Security Design - Network Security Policy Management (PAC files, URL filtering, Malware/File control) Recommended (Good to Have): - Splunk (Monitoring & SIEM) - Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform) - SolarWinds (Monitoring) - Wireshark (Network analysis/troubleshooting) Qualifications and Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or equivalent experience). - Preferred certifications include CISSP, ZOCA, ZCCP, ZCTA. - Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus. In addition to your technical skills, as an ideal candidate, you should possess strong technical leadership abilities, the capacity to influence architecture decisions, and a solution-focused mindset with a deep understanding of network and IT systems.
