Sr Solution Architect-SAP PP

The Senior Solution Architect, D&T, SAP PP is responsible for collaborating with the D&T team across various locations to define, deliver, and support IT-enabled business solutions for Quality Management. You will work closely with Quality and Operations to understand business needs and design technical solutions. Your core responsibilities include delivering Quality systems, project delivery, system configuration, enhancement, and production support in alignment with company policies and procedures. You will utilize your expertise to collaborate with Quality and Operations in defining detailed User Stories for D&T enablement of business needs. As a key member of agile sprint team(s), you will configure and develop optimal technical solutions/features. Your role involves providing technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as outlined in User Stories. In addition, you will provide system support and maintenance in accordance with ERP Services Delivery model standards, West policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You will create and maintain system lifecycle documents as per company policies, including SOPs, SOIs, and Job Aids. Participation in the Change Control process and adherence to regulations, policies, work procedures, and safety rules are essential. Requirements: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Systems. - 5-8 years of related work experience, with 3 or more full implementations of SAP PP solutions. - Preferred knowledge of Agile & Scrum Certification, ITIL. - Strong SAP skills, technical understanding of PP, QM, MM, PM, and Shop floor/MES interfaces. - Up-to-date knowledge of the latest ERP releases, with preferred HANA knowledge. - Proficiency in English, willingness to travel globally, and ability to work in a virtual environment. - Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment and comply with safety and quality policies. - Willingness to work in a shift from 12:00pm to 9:00pm, with 15% travel including global travel. - Occasional on-call work may be required. As the Senior Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering technical solutions for Quality Management, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
