Sr. Software Tester

As a Software Tester at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our software applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing both manual and automated testing of software applications. - Creating, updating, and executing detailed test cases and test protocols. - Reporting defects in a defect tracking system and verifying fixes. - Developing automated test scripts where necessary. - Maintaining and expanding your knowledge of SDLC and STL, utilizing industry-standard tools like JIRA, JAMA, and GitHub. - Collaborating within an Agile Scrum Team to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Cultivating a quality-focused mindset and following best practices for thorough testing and documentation. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing. - Strong experience in manual testing; test automation experience is a plus. - Proven ability to create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation (test plans, test cases, defect reports, verification reports, etc.). - ISTQB Certification is a plus but not required. - Experience working in Agile Development environments.
