We are seeking an engineer excited about designing, building and supporting our enterprise solutions using the latest technology. It is a completely hands-on Product Development role across architecture, design and development (coding & testing) on a telco side Billing platform, which is being built to scale to handle millions of customers & transactions per day. The work involves in-depth exposure and development in high performing subsystems, Big Data, Analytics and Machine learning features.The architecture is driven by key requirements on low latency, high availability and scale and keeping the platform multi-tenant for optimal compute resource requirements. 2-4 years of experience as Software Engineer role using backend technologies (Java) Strong CS fundamentals, Algorithms, Data Structure Excellent Communications, Analytical and Problem solving skills. Strong programming and framework skills (Java, J2EE, Spring, Struts) Great experience on Networking, TCP/IP Good understanding of open source, and cloud-based technologies, distributed systems and scalable architecture OS (Linux, Unix) Web Technologies (HTML/ CSS/JSP/ASP/PHP/AJAX,JAVASCRIPT) will be an added advantage DBMS (RDBMS, NoSQL DBS,MONGO DB) Knowledge on Diameter,CAPv2, CS1+ Self-motivated, punctual and a natural leader that flourishes in growing organization environments Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies. Roles & Responsibilities Design and define the interaction between the different component pieces Fast prototyping of proof-of-concept features/application. Own the delivery of the end to end system or application Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments Work closely with the peers and Leads to develop the best technical design and approach for new product development Build software solutions for complex problems Compliance with build/release and configuration management process Responsibility to develop unit test cases for various project modules Creation and execution of appropriate quality plans, project plans, test strategies and processes for development activities in coordination with business and project management effort
