Job Description

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party or AI-based services.
AI/ML exposure:
Understanding of how to integrate AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, etc.) into applications.
Experience building AI-enhanced features such as intelligent search, chatbots, or recommendation systems.
Familiarity with Python, REST-based AI APIs, or ML model consumption in Java environments.
Awareness of prompt engineering , LangChain , or similar AI orchestration frameworks is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with an innovative mindset to leverage AI for automation and efficiency.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube, Splunk, ELK, and Grafana.
Experience with RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and working knowledge of SQL.
Exposure to message brokers like Kafka for event-driven systems.
In-depth understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across engineering and business teams.

Collaborate with business, product, and AI/architecture teams to identify opportunities to embed intelligence and automation into existing applications.
Take end-to-end ownership of modules from requirements and design to development, testing, and deployment.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and AI-ready software components using modern Java and microservices frameworks.
