Job Description

You will be responsible for analysis and design tasks, including participating in business and functional requirements gathering, supporting testing activities, and ensuring technical specifications align with business needs. Additionally, you will be involved in developing proof of concept as needed and preparing solution architecture and design documents. It is crucial to understand the interdependencies of various components in work packages and validate designs in design review sessions with stakeholders. You will work closely with the architect to ensure design alignment with the application's architecture. Your strong understanding of SharePoint Online - M365, Azure Services, and experience in SPFx web part development will be essential for this role. You should be capable of leveraging SharePoint REST API and Object model to view and update documents, as well as possess experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Familiarity with any migration tool, preferably ShareGate, is desired. As part of your responsibilities, you will support code reviews to ensure best practices are followed, assist in complex module development, and help resolve technical issues within the team. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you manage a dispersed team across multiple locations, providing guidance and training on technology tools and techniques. Your ability to quickly adapt and implement new tools will be advantageous in this dynamic environment.,
