Key Responsibilities: SFDC Practice Leadership & Capability BuildingEstablish SFDC Practice VisionDefine the strategic roadmap for building and expanding the SFDC practice, ensuring alignment with business goals Capability Development Lead the development and growth of the SFDC capability within the organization, including technical expertise, best practices, and resource planning Recruitment & Talent Management Build a high-performing team of Salesforce architects, consultants, developers, and administratorsManage talent acquisition, training, and career development Knowledge Management Ensure the continuous development of knowledge and expertise in SFDC through certifications, training programs, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives Presales & Solutioning Presales LeadershipOwn the presales process for SFDC projects, collaborating with sales teams to craft compelling Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements Solutioning & Estimation Lead the solutioning process, ensuring that proposed solutions are architecturally sound, scalable, and deliverableManage resource estimation, timeline planning, and cost estimation Proposal Development Assist in the creation of high-quality proposals, including project scope, solution design, and financials, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals Client Engagement Engage directly with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and clients to present Salesforce solutions and differentiate the firm as a trusted partner Delivery & Project Execution Project Delivery Oversight Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SFDC projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations Quality Assurance Ensure delivery teams follow Salesforce best practices, guidelines, and quality assurance processesConduct regular quality reviews, audits, and assessments of ongoing projects Governance & Risk Management Establish a strong governance framework to manage project risks, issues, scope changes, and resource allocation effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with other technology teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and seamless integration of SFDC solutions within the broader enterprise architecture Client Relationship Managemen tFoster and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and repeat business Experience:Experience in SFDC SolutionsMinimum 15+ years of experience working with Salesforce technologies, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
