Sr Salesforce Developer

Role Overview: As a Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst at Wipro Limited, your role will involve liaising and bridging the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team. Your primary responsibility will be to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and articulate them aptly to the delivery teams to ensure the right solutioning for the customer. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and engage with customer requirements - Interface and coordinate with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements - Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc., to capture all customer needs - Construct workflow charts and diagrams, write specifications after thorough research and analysis of customer requirements - Engage with internal teams like project managers, pre-sales team, tech leads, architects to design and formulate accurate responses to RFP/RFIs - Periodic cadence with customers for clarifications and feedback on proposed solutions - Empower customers through demonstration and presentation of proposed solutions - Maintain relationships with customers for business integration and lead generation - Ensure ongoing reviews and feedback to improve and deliver better value to customers - Engage with delivery team for proposing the right solutions to customers - Provide customer feedback/inputs to the delivery team - Review test cases for 100% coverage of customer requirements - Conduct root cause analysis to understand proposed solutions before sharing with the customer - Facilitate new change requests to cater to customer needs - Support QA team with periodic testing to ensure solutions meet business needs - Conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance demos to validate solutions - Analyze findings, design improvements, and changes - Ensure 100% utilization by studying system capabilities and business specifications - Support Project Manager/Delivery Team in delivering solutions to customers - Build domain expertise and contribute to the knowledge repository - Share expertise with other BAs to increase domain knowledge - Write whitepapers/research papers, point of views, and share with the consulting community - Create use cases for projects/accounts for business enhancements - Conduct market research to provide latest inputs into projects Additional Details: Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions to address clients" complex digital transformation needs.
