As a Salesforce Admin & Developer at N2G, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes and optimizing Salesforce CRM capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - Development: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce flows to automate business processes. - Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) as needed. - Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and other programmatic solutions. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using APIs and middleware tools. - Work within Salesforce customization standards for Administrators and Developers. - Flow Automation: - Utilize Salesforce Flow Builder to create complex, scalable, and maintainable automation. - Analyze existing automation processes and identify areas for improvement. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing flows, ensuring optimal performance. - Document automation designs, workflows, and best practices for future reference. - Support: - Gather requirements from the Project management team and translate them into technical solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users to enhance adoption and usage of Salesforce features. - Monitor Salesforce updates and releases, implementing new features and ensuring compatibility. - Perform data imports, exports, and updates, ensuring data integrity and quality. - Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. - Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet business requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - 5+ years of Salesforce development experience utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs. - Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools and API-based integrations. - Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM functionality, data model, and security. - Experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). - Platform Developer I or II Certification. - Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git. Preferred qualifications include: - Platform App Builder or Salesforce Administrator certification. - Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification. - Knowledge of agile development methodologies. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills.
