Job Description

As a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Individual Agency Channel (Motor/Health & Life) in the assigned territory and supporting the existing partner base. Your primary objectives will include Agency Channel Development, Agency Channel Management, Channel Servicing, Profitability, Compliance & Hygiene, and other responsibilities as per the Key Performance Indicators and growth factors. Your key responsibilities will involve sourcing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy, coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing, conducting induction training for new agents, maintaining a mix of new and existing agents/POS, developing and executing strategies to reach various market segments, monitoring agent performance, maintaining a high active percentage of POS, controlling attrition, ensuring high team and POS productivity, managing channel engagement, reconciling partner accounts, working on market dynamics feedback, managing loss ratios, ensuring compliance with external bodies and authorities, managing internal compliance, handling cheque bounce recovery, and business pendency. To excel in this role, you should have experience in agency sales within the insurance sector.,
