Sr. Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: Kharadi, Pune
Experience: 1–4 Years
Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert leads from portals, walk-ins, and campaigns.
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to clients.
• Understand buyer needs and recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
• Meet monthly sales targets and maintain a lead funnel.
• Update CRM and share daily/weekly reports.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate market.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
