Sr. Sales Executive- Real estate

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective property buyers
• Conduct site visits and property showings for clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate referrals
• Negotiate deals and coordinate with legal and documentation teams
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Marathi, Hindi, English)
• Confident and persuasive personality with a go-getter attitude
• Willingness to travel within Pune for site visits
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales process preferred
• Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
• Familiarity with Pune real estate locations and builders is a plus
