As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Universe International, your role involves building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidates must be willing to visit our clients on a daily basis as per the client's requirement.
• Close sales using various methods such as cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.
• Research and implement innovative sales strategies to enhance results.
• Provide regular performance metrics and feedback to the management.
• Effectively manage and expand the client database.
• You should possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade clients.
• You must have knowledge about the company's requirements and excellent command of English.

Requirements:-

• 2+ years of sales experience or related field.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicator in local and english
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
