Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer - Manual

Role Overview: You will be joining the quality assurance team at SuperAGI as a Senior Manual QA with the responsibility of ensuring high-quality software delivery. Your role will involve developing, executing, and maintaining test plans, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing of products. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to identify and report defects. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and ensure testing covers all critical aspects. - Analyse test results, identify issues, and provide clear and concise feedback to the development team. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and defects using test management tools. - Focus on process-oriented testing while maintaining agility and speed in test execution. - Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality. - Ability to debug and understand failure on automation code. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-5 years of experience in manual testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think from both a user and product perspective. - Experience in creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. - Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. - Hands-on experience with various testing tools and techniques. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
