Sr. QA Test Automation Engineer

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at NutaNXT, you will play a crucial role in our Digital Test Automation Practice. Your responsibilities will include reviewing testing requirements, identifying manual tests for automation, developing test cases and scenarios using automation tools, designing test harnesses, and building test automation frameworks. You will also be responsible for setting standards for automation tool selection, recommending new tools for improved productivity, and automating test data management. In addition, you will design and develop solutions for functional and non-functional testing, utilize appropriate testing tools for quality assurance, and manage test environments effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Review testing requirements and provide feedback on completeness and testability - Identify manual tests for automation and develop test cases using automation tools - Design and build test harnesses for Automation Testing - Develop test automation framework and new automation libraries - Create an Automated Regression Pack for different projects - Set standards for automation tool selection and methodology development - Automate Test Data Management for applicable projects - Design and develop automated solutions for Functional and NFR Testing - Utilize testing tools for front-end and back-end Quality Assurance - Manage test environments, monitor, and streamline release management to QA Environments Qualifications Required: - 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and executing test cases on SAP & Web applications - Minimum 3+ years of experience with automation tools like Microfocus UFT & Selenium - Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, and Agile Software Development methodologies - Experience in test framework design, test planning, and test execution of complex systems - Understanding of Design Patterns, TDD, BDD approaches, and DevOps enablers like Jenkins, GitHub - Knowledge of QA methodologies, life cycle, and processes - Ability to create test cases based on user stories and business requirements - Experience working in Scrum teams - Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills,
