Sr. Project Engineer-Pirangut location

Role Overview: As a Senior Engineer in the EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from start to finish. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the specified scope while effectively managing resources and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Identify and secure necessary resources for project completion. - Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution. - Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet milestones. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. - Report project status and escalate issues to management when required. - Manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct risk management activities to mitigate project risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Qualification Required: - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. - Strong written and verbal communication abilities. - Effective organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Technical Skills: - Experience in the EOT crane Industry. - Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies. - Experience in managing remote teams or distributed projects. - Advanced knowledge of project management software.
