Sr. Production Chemist

You are invited to join our team as a Production Chemist in the Manufacturing of Colour Cosmetics. We are looking for skilled professionals with at least 2 years of experience in this field. The role is based in Taloja and requires candidates with a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a B.Tech in Cosmetic Technology/Painting who are ready to start immediately. As a Production Chemist, your responsibilities will include executing the production of batches according to specified formulations, ensuring that the output meets productivity targets, and maintaining quality standards. You will be expected to achieve a First Time Right (FTR) rate of above 98% with zero rejections and demonstrate precision and expertise in color matching. Additionally, you will play a key role in contributing to operational excellence within the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Color Cosmetics, Inks & Dyes, or Paint Manufacturing. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (B.Sc.) or a B.Tech in Cosmetic Technology/Painting is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and strong color matching skills.
