Sr. Production Chemist

As a Production Chemist specializing in the formulation and production of nutraceutical and Aayush products, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Develop and optimize formulations for nutraceutical and Ayush products, such as tablets, capsules, and liquid dosage forms. - Conduct scale-up studies from lab to production scale while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - Prepare and manage comprehensive bill of materials for all products, ensuring accurate documentation of raw materials, quantities, and suppliers. - Oversee the production process, ensuring adherence to predefined quality standards and production timelines. - Implement and monitor process improvements to increase efficiency and quality of product output. - Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that the products meet all required specifications and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with the R&D team to transfer new products from development to commercial production. - Provide technical support and training to production staff on new formulation techniques and equipment. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technology, and regulatory affairs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors/Master's degree in Pharmaceutical. - Proven experience in the production of nutraceutical and Aayush products, with a focus on tablets, capsules, and liquid forms. - Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and experience in creating and managing bill of materials. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to nutraceuticals and Aayush products.
