Job Description

As the Lead Product Manager for ACI Card & Merchant Management system, your primary responsibility is to drive the development and enhancement of products throughout their lifecycle. Your role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align product strategies with business objectives, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement - Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritize features based on business value and customer impact - Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously enhance product offerings - Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of product goals - Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and updates - Drive the adoption of best practices in product management and development processes - Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring a customer-centric focus on exceptional user experiences - Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues to ensure product success - Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development - Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables Qualifications Required: - Deep understanding of ACI Card & Merchant Management systems and their applications - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities - Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis - Knowledge of product management methodologies and tools - Experience with TAL TACL debugging defect fixing on HP Tandem systems and handling ATM POS EMV Tokenized transactions - Familiarity with ENSCRIBE/SQL databases, XPNET configuration and commands, and Base24 ATM POS Schemes BIC ISO Host ISO interchange interfaces - Understanding of transaction testing tools or simulators and ISO8583 message format Please note that the company's additional details were not provided in the job description.,
